Privacy notice / Effective August 13, 2026

Private by default.

CartVerity is an independent commerce QA practice. The CartVerity team collects only the information needed to review a request, communicate with the requester, and deliver an agreed engagement.

Information collected

When you request a review, we collect your name, business email, store URL, selected concern, optional context, consent record, and submission time. Storefront audits use information already available on public pages unless a written engagement provides additional access.

How it is used

We use this information to evaluate the request, respond to you, prepare a private evidence snapshot, prevent abuse, and administer an agreed service. We do not sell request information or use it to create unrelated advertising profiles.

Retention and access

Review requests are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for evaluation, follow-up, legal obligations, and suppression records. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion through the same review request form by selecting “Not sure yet” and stating the request in the context field.

Service providers

The site may use hosting, database, email, payment, and security providers solely to operate the service. Those providers process information under their own contractual and security obligations.

Security and boundaries

Private reports are not published or intentionally indexed, and the delivery method is stated in the written scope. No online system is perfectly secure, so sensitive credentials or customer data should never be submitted through the public request form.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the service and its providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
