Website terms / Effective August 13, 2026

Clear boundaries before any work begins.

These terms govern use of the CartVerity website. A review request does not create a paid engagement, and project work begins only under a written scope that identifies the contracting parties.

Website information

Site content and example findings are general information, not a diagnosis of a specific store. Examples are illustrative and are not merchant claims, testimonials, or promises of performance.

Service engagements

Every paid sprint uses a written scope covering access, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance checks, fees, refund conditions, confidentiality, and ownership. If that document conflicts with this website, the signed scope controls the engagement.

Third-party platforms

Shopify, Google, Schema.org, and other services control their own systems and may change them without notice. CartVerity does not control indexing, ranking, shopping placement, platform approval, traffic, conversion, or revenue.

Permitted use

You may use the site to evaluate CartVerity and submit legitimate review requests. You may not disrupt the service, probe private systems, submit unlawful material, impersonate another party, or reuse protected content as your own offering.

Intellectual property

The CartVerity name, visual identity, methodology text, reports, and website materials remain protected by their applicable rights. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables are stated in the written scope.

Availability and liability

The website is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising solely from use of this public website is limited to direct losses and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
